ILCA/Laser 4, 6 & 7 Lower Mast Aluminium
ILCA lower masts (also referred to as 'bottom sections') come in 3 sizes and are suitable for:
- ILCA 4, 6 & 7 sails
- Laser 4.7, Radial & Standard sails
This is made of anodized aluminium and come with lower mast plug, kicker and gooseneck fittings. The ILCA 4 lower mast is pre-bent with a 5 degree angle.
The ILCA 6 lower mast is also available in carbon. Choose the Aluminium for a light, affordable lower section or upgrade to carbon to improve resilience - both are compatible with aluminium and carbon ILCA upper mast sections.
The lower mast will be either be the Performance Sailcraft (PSA) one (white end plugs) or the Selden one (black end plugs). Both are identical in dimensions, function and quality and are fully compatible with any ILCA/Laser lower mast section.
