Allen Ball Stoppers have a wide range of dinghy, keelboat, yacht and workshop applications when using rope or shockcord. Also known as bobbles, rope stoppers, parrel beads, plastic balls and halyard balls, they are made of high-quality hard plastic and are available in a variety of sizes and colours.

Common Applications
- To stop knots from coming undone
- To prevent a line from leaving a system by creating a bigger stopper than the knot itself
- To prevent either end of a halyard becoming lost inside a mast
- To bend a main halyard onto the head of a mainsail
- To set a suitable gap on a spinnaker halyard between the head and the mast sheave
- To set a suitable gap on an asymmetric spinnaker tack-line between the tack and the bowsprit sheave
