Starboard's mid-length foilboard series is engineered for effortless winging. The longer, narrower outline generates early lift-off and gives a stable, comfortable ride. This versatile range is a blend of the Ace Foil and Take Off models in a mid-length size offering.

From your very first flight to carving fast turns, the Above Foilboard range is designed to support every stage of your foiling journey. With a balanced volume distribution and refined rocker line, it ensures early takeoffs, soft touchdowns, and smooth rail-to-rail transitions.

- True mid-length board: long, narrow design
- For achieving a maximum pre-foiling speed, leading to a quicker take off for more foiling time and with low drag on touchdowns
- For progressing intermediate/advanced riders
7'4" X 23" | 120 L (available to demo at our QMSC base)
- True mid-length board: long, narrow design
- For achieving a maximum pre-foiling speed, leading to a quicker take off for more foiling time and with low drag on touchdowns

7'5" X 26" | 136 L
- Medium volume beginner board for lighter riders or those with good balance and experience in other board sports
- Can also be used as an intermediate board for those dropping down one size from a 160 litre board

- Large volume beginner board for everyone, especially riders requiring maximum support
- Wide board for a stable platform - important for balance, especially when not currently foiling (the majority of the time when learning the basics)

Get flying faster with a lighter board. Using Top-Grade 150g Biaxial Carbon, the board is significantly lighter in weight yet super strong and stiff. A custom process creates a double stringer that boosts breakage strength and stiffness
Reinforced Standing Area: High-density PVC and wood reinforcements over the foot strap inserts enhance durability and prevent heel dents
Maximum Stiffness and Rigidity: Lightweight biaxial carbon fiber on the deck and bottom ensures stiffness and rigidity. A PVC stringer prevents impact damage and secures the foil box for a stable ride

CONSTRUCTION: LIMITED SERIES - Timeless look, solid performance

Super-strong and lightweight biaxial carbon fiber is laminated on the deck and bottom over the foil box for maximum stiffness and rigidity. A PVC stringer prevents impact damage and creates a secure mount for the foil box
Double-reinforced rails provide additional strength and stiffness, while multiple layers of fiberglass protect the entire board
Australian pine wood in the standing area offers extra impact resistance and rigidity in the most critical impact zone
All inserts feature high-density foam reinforcements, along with added rail and nose reinforcements for extra durability.
