STARBOARD WINGBOARD 2024 - 7'4" x 32.5" ASAP - 160 - SPECIAL-BUILD
These awesome beginner boards are no longer in the range. However, as we (and a number of our wing school clients and retail customers) like them so much, we commissioned a special build of these boards by Starboard and now have them in stock. The 7'4" is our go-to board in the school for beginner wingfoil lessons. The volume, width and stability is essential for riders working prudently on their balance, early foiling technique and wind awareness.
The largest Wingboard size in the 2023 range (built in 2024) is ideal for getting started in wingfoiling. Featuring big cutaways on the tail for smooth foil take-offs and landings, the board has good width for the best stability. Despite the size it foils superbly when paired with a low-aspect S-Type 1800, 2000 or 2400 front wing. Perfect for those wanting a stable ride, it is a very high quality beginner board with a premium finish.
The unique feature of these boards is that the breather vent has been removed. All 2023 models had this fitted. Whilst this makes no difference whatsoever to the feel or function of the board, it helps to distinguish between the original 2023 version and this 2024 version.
As these have been made for us at additional cost we are unable to offer any discounts on this model, despite the boards being based upon a 2023 design.
